I founded Walkable Brevard to help encourage the creation of pedestrian-friendly places in Brevard County. We are working on a few ideas for accomplishing this. We are helping our county and city governments to adopt good regulations, and helping builders and developers to learn and build the latest and best designs for walkability. We are also working on developing some programs that directly improve walking conditions like planting shade trees, putting in more sidewalks and trails, etc.  Please join with us as we work to make Brevard County a more walkable place!
